Floor & Decor is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to lead the receiving team in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment. You will coordinate unloading, inspection, and staging of flooring and related merchandise; verify shipments against purchase orders; and address quantity or damage discrepancies. The supervisor assigns work, coaches associates, maintains accurate inventory records, and partners with store leadership to prepare products for replenishment. You’ll promote safe, organized, and efficient operations while supporting Floor & Decor’s customer-first, team-oriented culture. The role is hands-on and requires overnight availability, sound judgment, and the ability to move merchandise.
