Sirio Americas is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to lead commercial growth across the Americas. This leader will drive revenue expansion, strengthen market share, and elevate Sirio's position as a premier CDMO partner for nutraceutical brands.

With a focus on gummies, softgels, and unit-dose delivery formats, you will develop and execute commercial strategies, build high-performing teams, and partner with customers to bring innovative wellness products to market.

What You'll Do

Commercial Leadership

• Develop and execute growth strategies across the Americas.
\n
• Drive new business with brand owners, retailers, and nutraceutical companies.
\n
• Lead strategic account development, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and margin optimization.
\n
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization.
\n

Marketing Leadership

\n
• Strengthen Sirio's brand position as a leading nutraceutical CDMO.
\n
• Lead demand generation, digital marketing, trade shows, and thought leadership initiatives.
\n
• Leverage market insights and customer data to drive pipeline growth and commercial performance.
\n

Cross-Functional Partnership

\n
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
\n
• Support strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, and M&A opportunities.
\n

What You Bring

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
\n
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
\n
• Experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, CDMO, or healthcare manufacturing.
\n
• Proven success growing revenue in complex B2B markets.
\n
• Strong expertise in dosage forms such as gummies, softgels, liquids, and other advanced delivery systems.
\n
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
\n
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
\n
