Labcorp seeks a Director of U.S. Benefits to lead the design and administration of comprehensive employee benefit programs in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role encompasses strategy development, financial oversight, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership, with hybrid work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, administration, and improvement of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and 401(k) benefit programs
• Develop comprehensive benefits strategy leveraging data analytics to enhance employee experience and manage long-term costs
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and ROI analysis of benefit programs
• Lead vendor strategy, carrier relationships, contract negotiations, and annual plan renewals
• Build and develop high-performing benefits team while ensuring regulatory compliance with ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years progressive benefits experience managing health, welfare, and retirement programs
• 3+ years people leadership experience within benefits functions
• 1+ years experience with benefits analytics and data-driven program design
• 1+ years managing financial aspects of benefits including budgeting and ROI analysis
• 1+ years experience administering 401(k) and retirement plans with compliance oversight
• Proficiency with benefits administration systems and HR technologies
